1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CasaDes (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CasaDes provides AI-generated interior design proposals, architectural concepts, and related tools. Outputs are starting points for inspiration; they are not engineered drawings, structural advice, or a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor. Always verify structural, planning, and regulatory decisions with qualified professionals.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Generate unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing AI design product.

6. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of photos and information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own AI-generated outputs created from Your Content for your project. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be similar across users and are not guaranteed to be unique or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design system, and brand elements, is owned by CasaDes and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (AI model APIs, payment processing, hosting). Their availability and pricing may affect the Service. We are not liable for third-party outages.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASADES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
